TOM FINLEY RECOGNIZED FOR 25 YEARS AS A DEALER FOR GMC

Tom Finley, Dealer Principal of Finley Dencker Pontiac GMC, recently received an award from General Motors honoring him for 25 years as a GMC Dealer. Tom’s father, Maurice Finley, received the same 25 year award in 1984.

In 1950 Maurice Finley started a repair business and picked up the GMC franchise in 1959. Tom entered the business in 1980 and became the operator of the store in 1984 when Maurice retired. The store was originally located in Beloit, WI but moved to South Beloit, IL in 1984 where they operated as a GMC Dealer and also carried the Oldsmobile line until the division was shut down. In 2007 Finley combined with Gene Dencker Pontiac and moved back to Beloit to form Finley Dencker Pontiac GMC operating out of the Dencker facility on Milwaukee Road.
